1. "Impression at Noon"

I repainted the bottom portion of this painting.  My eye kept stopping at the foreground, which was not my intention!  By darkening the foreground, the eye moves quickly into the colorful light.

This is my first post on my new blog!  One of my New Years resolutions was to start a blog - and here I am at Valentines Day, finally following though with my intention.  I am trying to paint every day, and hope to post all of my paintings here!

This is fresh off of my easel - an attempt the combat the grayness of the day outside!
